When we described our dream home to you we never expected you to find it so quickly. And the fact that you went to chek it out before we saw it meant alot to me since I had a two year old and was pregant at the time. Getting around was a chore.
Our new home is everything we wanted. Selling our previous home was also quick. Your advise in how to prepare our house for sale was invaluable, and along with my baking a pie, probably why the first showing sold it!
Although I thought we were priced a bit high and should negotiate on price , your experience, expertise and reassurance won out and we got the price we had asked for.
